At Orchard Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
